Assomac aggregates and represents Italian manufacturers of machineries and technologies for fashion, automotive, shoes, leather goods and upholstery manufacturing industries.

The main mission of Assomac is the elaboration of the sector policies in order to unify and give value to all the aspects which make "Made with Italian Technology" a guarantee of high qualitative standards, such as competences, professionalism and Italian history. Italian competence means product ECCELLENCY, processes EXPERTISE and INNOVATION capabilities.

Assomac plays a key role for promoting safety, welfare and sustainable of production environment model, central issues supported by Industry 4.0 and the relative sustainability protocols represented by the Green Label, the unique voluntary certification audited by a third party and able to point out the efficiency of technology for associate companies.

The Italian know-how is the result of years spent creating industrial culture and process skills globally recognised and founded on creativity, style, innovation, attention to details and reliability to last over time.

The Technological Guide published on our website is a web tool translated in 13 languages and developed to find the best solution between the technologies produced by our Associates. Starting from the Product Group Area, the user will be easily driven to the best technology able to satisfy its projects and ideas.

Simac Tanning Tech is the international exhibition yearly organised by Assomac with the aim to show the real working machines and the most qualified technologies solution for the footwear, leather goods and tanning industries. Many services dedicated exclusively to the visitor allow greater enjoyment range of merchandise, ease in the movements, and a better planning of the stay during the exhibition.

The event takes place in Milan, concurrently with Lineapelle.
